Not even 0.1% discount in paying off credit card...

This is for the Standard Bank Credit Card Division. I am very glad that I closed the card off today. The interest rates are ridiculous and the service from Standard Bank is useless. I asked for an insurance policy and they took 3 months to call me.

I called in for a Settlement amount (It ended up being higher than what I "actually" owed... So I got *****ed none the less...

You are disappointing me more and more every day.
