Not doing your job now customers suffer!!

<p>I got a call this morning saying my account is in arrears and has been handed over. My credit card was settled and requested to be cancelled by a consultant a long time ago. Now Credit worx is calling and telling me that my account has been handed over and in arrears, Someone did not do their job by cancelling as per my request, get this sorted else I'm going to turn to NCR or ombudsman for the threats I'm getting. My account was paid up on the 1/12/2016.</p> <p> </p>
