Not deleting my number from your data base

I have been receiving smses and phone calls every week, for 3 years now, looking for a Mr. Joseph Pretorius.<br> <br> I took out a new cell phone contract 3 years ago and since then I have been receiving these smses and phone calls.<br> <br> I have informed your call operators that I am not Joseph Pretorius and to remove my number from your database, but I still to this day receive notifications every week. <br> <br> I am pretty sure this will be a breach of the Protection of personal information act when it comes into effect.
