Not covering costs

My golf 6 git recently suffered a tensioner failure which caused the chain to fail , valves bent and cylinder head was damaged. The cost of repairs is R60000 and motorwise warranty only wants to cover 30000 in total. This is unacceptable as no policy document was given to me at the start and now they are claiming that in the small print it states only the major part is covered in case of multiple failures. I am without a vehicle and still paying the installment and insurance costs
