Not cancelling policy

I have called standard bank funeral division on numerous occasions to cancel my policy which was never done. I would call them to change simple things like debit date and they could not even do that. My debit orders will return unpaid and I will have to pay R115 unpaid fees for a policy of R63. I called them again on the 4th May to cancel and it was not done. It returned 3 times again , because i no longer make us of standard bank. I spoke to Tebogo Lekwape and he said that they will sort it out , when I asked to speak to the team leader Francina she was conveniently not available after he just spoke to her . I want all the unpaid fees reversed from my account as there is record that i requested a cancellation more than once . This is the main reason why I didn't want this policy because of the incompetence of standard bank staff member . Your service is pathetic!!!!!
