not cancelling my bond in promised time

On June 2014, I sent a letter for bond cancellation to STD bank and I was told the waiting period of cancellation it 3 months, they told me that the lawyers will phone me. Three months finished there was no respond, I did the follow up they gave me the number for attorney when I called that number it went to Gugu personal loans. I phoned Std Bank to tell them that and they told me that it was the only number they have but the bond is under cancellation, I waited till now nothing is happening, on 29 May 2015 I called them again, they gave me same number but in this one last two digit is differ from the first one, when I phone that number it does not exist. I don't know what Std Bank is doing. hallo peter pls help me.
