NOT ASSISTING CUSTOMERS

After having called 3 times without answers for the problem maybe i will find it here. i have a bond account with the bank,it is fully paid meaning i dont owe the bank a cent. How is it possible for a interest charge of R60 on a zero balance.No not service fee it is covered in the R449 insurance plus service charge every month witch take the balance back to R0. I want my title deed as im looking for alternate insurance.Standard Bank is robbing people from hard earned money.Just in a few months if i can not make the insurance payment you will come and auction off a FULLY PAID HOUSE.I did call your office to move the insurance to my current account but after a long hold got cut off because my airtime ran out
