Not allowed to spend my money.

I can't give a 0 Star or I would, they are pathetic. I tried to make a payment online and they kept rejecting it, even after many confirmation SMS. The reason is that the website says something about betting on it. How am I not allowed to spend my own money, even if it is on betting?? Also if you transfer me, I don't want to have to be confirmed by everyone down the line, 1 confirmation should be enough.
