Not accepting the Zimababwe Special Permits

I am a Zimbabwean and I went to Eastgate branch on Saturday 28 March 2015 to submit my extended permit. The one i had was expiring on 30 March 2015. My extended permit is expiring on 31 December 2017. The lady who attended to me (i think her name was Nancy if im not mistaken) told me that she needs to confirm with management if they can accept the new one because it looks different. She called me back on 1 April 2015 saying management has not accepted the permit because it is 'special' and my account will be frozen. This special permit allows me to conduct work in South Africa. i have had this account since 2011 and that is where my salary is paid. How is my company going to pay my salary if i do not have a bank account. I do not understand your reason of not accepting these permits. If Home Affairs allows us to work in South Africa why are you not accepting our permits
