Not able to link vehicle finance on app.
Good day. I have a problem adding my vehicle finance on my app dashboard. If I try it say I must phone an 086 number. I phoned the number and they told me I must sort it out with the branch. I went to the branch they tried but got the same result than me. Then they advised me to call the provided number again. Calling the number I am again referred to the branch.
So I am in a kind of a "Mexican standoff" and in a circle of nothingness. Are there not anyone who can solve this tecnical problem?

That's great service and Standard bank needs 100 more people like you. You don't find excellent customer service like this anywhere anymore - the only one to assist me with my problem when others failed or just wasn't up to try.
