Not able to cancel unused overdraft on profile
Wanted to cancel the overdraft which I have not used in several years, so I logged into my profile & believe it or not, was not allowed to cancel, only option to reduce, which is ridiculous. I tried inserting 0.00 but that was not accepted either.

14 Sept 2021, 06:39Did get a call from a lady who confirmed that an Overdraft can not be cancelled completely although it can be reduced. She assured me that she would contact my branch manager who would assist with this and to date I have not had any communication from the branch.
