not a happy customer

I have an account with standard bank. made a few purchase from a shop, between august and september. And as usual all this transaction and as far as i know are banked on the side as outstanding debita. What really supprised me is when all this transaction were deducted from my bank in november as a result my account was on over draft and and over 1200 had been levied on my account as honouring fee. I tried to query this because every time i do a transaction i get an sms conforming the transaction, the remaining balance after the transaction. And as far as i know the money for those transaction had been deducted from my account. The response i got from them was that they only deduct it when the shop banks it. This is despite the fact that i have sms's confirming that the money has been deducted. And now my itc and credit record has been ruined and they are insisting that i pay the money which i dont understand why. I asjed why transactions that happened over two months bacj are now suddenly being deducted in one month abd why everytime i get an sms telling ne that money is being deducted whilest it is not. And if the is an outstanding debit in the account isnt that money set aside.
