Nonsense bank

Standard bank does not know what they are doing. I have a credit card with them and I know how much they can deduct from coz it was communicated but they choose to do their own thing and duduct what ever they feel like which is more. Then you call them they can't explain and they say they will send you statements and call call you back but they don't, next month I'm paying up this Cradit card and and closing it theses people don't are very confused, people must stop using this bank they jus useless.
