Nonku from Standard Bank Home loan section

I would like to commend Nonku from Standard Bank who assisted me with some documents I needed from my home loan file. She was very friendly, she took her time and assisted me further with other documents that was difficult to find. She asked me to hang up and that she'd call me as soon as she finds it. After two hours she called back and had found what I needed and she emailed it to me right away. It was a pleasure being assisted by her and wish she could be compensated somehow for her patience and dedication.
