none existant feedback

I app**** for a building loan on the 20th of May and was told I would receive preapproval within 24 working hours and when I followed up after 24 working hours I was told the application processing takes up to 10 days. I provided all my supporting documentation with my application, the application got stuck with verification department on the 28th of May but was not contacted I called to find out I quickly supp**** a signed consent to access the account statement they wanted to verify. I called on the 29th to check the status of my application I was told all documents have been received and verification had resumed again. On the 2nd of June no feedback was received from verification which was supposed to be received on the 29th of May. It's the 4th of May and still nothing from the Verification department everyday when I called and was told to wait 48 hours and it's been 4 days this is ridiculous I have to call every single day to push people in standard bank to do their work. What is happening with my application????
