None existant Executorship - leaving loved ones high and dry

Standard Bank are the executors of my father's will. He passed away in November last year. Standard bank has not attended to his will and have not even responded after many queries. His widow cannot get the car insurance payout - he passed away in an accident - because she needs a letter from the executors. Don't ever nominate Standard Bank as your executors of your will. YOur loved ones will be left high and dry!!!!
