None existant client services

I must say that, maybe the confusion is on my side. Maybe even after so many year at Standard Bank with many different Relationship Managers I still don't get it. On the 10/05/2021 I received an email from a gentleman by the name of Victor Marishane informing me of my new Relationship Manager who was replacing another one. That new guy by the name of Colane Msimanga, as I'm writing this review today on the 16/03/2022 way over a year has never bothered himself to at least attempt to make contact with his client. Is this how Relationship Managers operate in different banks or it's those from Standard Bank?
