none compliance with court order

In 2012 a vehicle was **********ly purchased on my dad's name. Thereafter he was summoned to court as payments for this vehicle were not been made. The courts verdict was passed that the vehicle and the licencing of this vehicle be removed from his name however this has not been done till now. We have made various calls to standard bank vehicle assert fiance division however our calls have been continously transfered from one person to the other. No one has come back to us with regards to the matter. In 2012 a large sum of money has also been ********ly debited from my dad's account from standard bank vaf and this money was not returned to us. The licence disks for our vehicles are been withheld due to the ********** vehicle licencing been in arrears. This matter has put our family through financial and emotional stress throughout these years.
