non refund

In reference to response of Tamara I think she is confused or she failed to check my statement properly despite ample time she had to do so. My money was not taken from the credit card as she responded and the debit order of February was refunded by the machant as it reflects in my statement. Please check everything including refunds your bank made and those that are still outstanding
