non payment - std bank homeowners insurance
I made an insurance claim in NOVEMBER 2018 & it was approved. I submitted all the forms & bank statements they asked for. It is now May 2019 & I am still waiting to be compensated. I have sent countless emails & made calls to their insurance callcentre & still no payment. They always tell me "payment will be done within 24hours". Yet every month they are busy deducting their R620 p/m premium without fail :(
