Non Notifications on my Credit Card Transaction

Hello

I am having Standard Bank Credit Card, and I am receiving notifications for any transaction, and I went to Standard bank branch to update my notifications and they claimed updating it. But when I made transactions there still no notifications and I called them and also **** to me that its updated but when i make deposit on my Credit card account still there in no notification. I went back to a Nearest standard bank Branch and a Consultant told me that they dont give notifications on Credit card accounts. My question is where on earth I can just utilize a Banking facility without notification? I think Standard bank is out of order and can someone in a Superior level intervene for this Nonsense. I am fed-up with this *******
