Non negotiable- reinstate a contract
I just spoke to a VAF Lerato who said that they summons me last year already for my car that was accepted by me but I never received anything! From anyone!!! Now there is a judgement when the company CNH debt has sent a proposal last year October 2024 to Standard bank and they never responded. I have agreed to pay R7000 a month but they are not accepting it as that is all I earn per month. Based on my affordability I should pay less but to stop this repossession, I will sacrifice my entire salary. Please escalate this to management and get this resolved! Even the company CNH that is dealing with my debt has never received any summons from the bank when they sent the proposal last year already!
