Non issuance of log book

<p>I am trying to obtain the log book for my vehicle from Standard Bank. They wont release it as there is an admin mark on it which only the licencing dept can remove, they wont remove it, they claim Standard Bank need to provide docs to confirm all in order to remove this admin mark. All outstanding fines have been paid. Why is it no onefrom Standard Bank can advise mewhat this admin mark is. </p> <p>Vehicle licence is expired for over a year. I cannot drive the vehicle until I obtain the new licence. </p> <p>No one from Natis department wants to assist me via email either</p>
