NON FUNCTIONAL ATM

<p>so they say that we should use there efficient atm to do new generation banking yet on numerous ocassions that i have complained at the same branch.i attempted to do a deposit cash for to different accounts R2000 and R500 respectively the machine rejected my non demaged notes for 7 times each account i had to do half the deposit at the machine and the rest at the brach that cost me double. this is not the first time that i am complaining it seems as if stadard bank is useing this as a tactic to lure brach deposit since the same notes are accepted at fnb and capitec atm machines. as a small client how am i supposed to move forward. i look forward to recieving a refund on my deposit fees. </p> <p>i look forward to hearing from the branch manager who was last time not very friendly. </p>
