Non-existent service

I have just tried complaining to Standard Bank's credit card department because of their pathetic service and this is the result:

Your email was quarantined because it was classified as SPAM. If the email is legitimate, please contact *** *** *** at Standard Bank to advise them that this message was undelivered so they can initiate the process to release the email through our IT Security channels.
