Non existent service and empty promises

I am still waiting for my account to be closed and for my refund it’s now 10 June and still nothing after being assured by the call center on Friday 7 June that before COB my complaint would be solved.I am beyond frustrated because I have no idea who to speak to yet the R57K was paid to your bank, your service is non existent and frankly this is a joke period I don’t see myself entering into any agreements going further after this mess.
