Non Existent Customer Service

To say I am disappointed with your non existent "customer service" at your Festival Mall Branch is an understatement.

I have a Contract Savings Account which was taking R3000.00 every month. On the 24th of June 2023 I went to the branch to cancel it and I was told I cannot as it has not reached its expiration date. The consultant who was helping me suggested that I let it deduct R100.00 as it is the minimum amount that is required.

I then opened a 32 Days Notice Account, which will be deducting R3000.00. To my surprise on the 28th of June 2023 the Contract Account took R3000.00 and this is not what we agreed on.

A lady from the branch called me yesterday assuring me that they will immediately reverse the money which was supposed to have reflected yesterday.

To this day there is still nothing that has been reversed back into my account. I have other commitments that I have to fulfill and my hands are tied as there is no money.

I am really not happy with how I am treated and I do not feel valued as a customer.

I hope that this matter will be resolved ASAP.
