Non Existand Customer Service

Truely some of the most pathetic service the planet has spawned. Their email address ***, doesn't work. Customer services send your query to the same email address so that's not going to work. Complaints don't get answers. I go onto Facebook. 6 hours later I get a response to the chat, saying sorry and then nothing else. They are gone again. Beyond the worst service ever encountered.
