Non Ending Loan agreement
On the 16 Jan 2020 I sent a query via your website regarding a loan that was taken in 2012 on *** and till this day there is no feedback. The contract term was 53 months but I am still paying for that this day. Why is still active If I have never defaulted on payments nor requested for Standard Bank to reduce my payments due to affordability? I'm sure I would have been notified numerous times or even black listed had I breached the the agreement in any way ,so I will presume that I am not at fault hence alll that has not happened. Can I have an explanation via email .i.e. *** as to why my query was ignored and why the contract is still running after the agreed 53 Months period has lapsed (DO NOT CALL ME EMAIL ONLY).
