Non disclosure

Went into the bank as I need "chap" bank statements for SARS. Saw a sign stating I could get these off the app. When the consultant assisted me I first asked how i do it, she said she would show me once she had printed the statement for me. She never mentioned that i would be billed R95 FOR 6 PAGES! 6 pages and the ink would never cost so much money. Its ridiculous. So I wast aware that i had just paid this amount for a statement. Went to the shops thinking I had enough in my account to buy somethings, turns out I didn't and then i got charged R8.50 for an insufficient funds swipe. What the actually hell Standard bank. I cant possibly see how this is OK. Not to mention this is the exact same branch i had an issue with not so long ago. Honestly I feel this should all be refunded. If I had been advised I could have made the decision, however I was not given that option.
