Non delivery on service

I must say I'm utterly disgusted at the service or promise to execute an action that I received from several client service agents at standard bank or at their customer service number 0860 123 00 number. I mean what is more frightening is the fact, this is the people who manages my hard earned money every month. I never expected this all the promises and advertising is so far from the truth it should be ********. Besides that the query is long overdue, I have received numerous of promise to call back which still hasn't materialised.
