Non compliant loan procedure

I took out a personal loan in person at Standard Bank Cresta. Whilst there I asked for two things: a signed copy of my contract and a change on the debit order date. After this I have called them twice to ask for the above. Now this morning I am told they WILL deduct my money AFTER I asked three times just for these two items above. There was a Ruben I spoke to at the call centre, who promised me I will be contacted by the management of the loan department, and that I will get the information I requested: who I spoke to, and who is supposed to help me. I am still waiting. Why do I have to be penalised for a debit order date I have requested being changed three times? Now they tell me they need 5 working days to do something as simple as change a debit order date! Two clicks on their side should be enough to change the date, but no, we as the clients are nailed as much as possible with as little effort from their side as possible. And I AM STILL WAITING FOR MY SIGNED CONTRACT!!

Useless. I am sending this to the ombudsman and the FCSA.
