Non Compliance with COVID 19 regulations and preaching what is not practiced by the bank itself

I accompanied my friend to an ATM in Eshowe several times after business hours and Sunday they do not provide sanitizer yet in their screens they say sanitize before and after ATM use which is highly impossible as it is nit provided yet National Disaster Regulations require such to be provided. We always use standard bank ATM then cross over to FNB for sanitizer which is always there above all security is not there as well are they not carring about their customers
