Non-compliance of Master of the High Court

It is very frustrating that Standard Bank is willing to exploit a vulnerable woman who just lost a husband and now a single parent. Standard Bank refuses to comply with the letter issued by the Master of the High Court. On the 11 of August 2021, I send my documents to Serisha Nagan, I again send all the documents on the 18 of August to the deceased division of Standard Bank. After sending all the necessary documents I received an email from Standard Bank, dated 25 August 2021, stating: Good day, Kindly visit your nearest Standard Branch with the following documents:- The letter you have received from the Masters officer Death certificate Deceased ID Your ID For further assistance regarding the statements. Today 30 August, I still did not received the financial statements and I was still not assisted. Instead, my documents were again send by Mpho Rammile to the standard bank deceased division. Why did Standard Bank requested that I send the documents, if they never intended to assist me? Why sending a vulnerable woman being a single breadwinner up and down or from pillar to post with no redress insight. This is inhumane and exploitation. Till my matter ID ***0 remains unresolved.
