This is to compliment Nombuso Radebe for the outstanding service she rendered to me at the Killarney Mall branch. After a week of frustration she managed to put me out of my misery. She understood the assignment and executed it with the utmost perfection. Within less than 24 hours I was sorted. If the rest of the employees of standard bank did what she did, the bank would not be sitting with over 32k reviews in the red. I trust and hope that she will get to see this compliment and be rewarded in the best way possible. And I need feedback on this to make sure that she has received my words of gratitude or I will personally go to the branch and ask, and if she has not received this, there will be another review in red coming standard banks way.
