I'm extremely worried about the well being of the banking staff based in the Mall of the south,

Staff being shouted at and belittled in front of us as banking clients., it becomes an extremely frustrating experience on all of us! It takes a huge toll on our full banking experience.

How do people get spoken to as if they are mere dogs? How do i trust the bank when it seems like the organizational culture is in the toilet!

Nobenguni is deliberate in making sure all the staff that serves us is seen to be *********** before we start our interactions with any of them.

There are huge threats that are made with reference to Devan Francis where people should be fighting for their jobs.

How is one person single handedly bullying the entire office with her moods on a simple whim. I've never seen a more terrified front of office! I'm not a fan of walking into spaces that seem like war zones!

If anything, people are living anxiously in fear of what seems to be a tyrant!

I ask that an enquiry is launched in lieu of this and that staff can give an honest account of what has happened in all her interactions with them.

This is a sinking ship waiting on multiple problems to fester! I'm more than certain that this isn't how Standard Bank seeks to run their business!
