<p>Missed a great car opportunity :( ,did a loan application on my standard bank app 2 weeks ago got an sms stating someone would contact me but shame till date nothing ,its amazing! standard bank will offer a service it cant fulfill certainly cant say it would be the first time ,I have a problem with my account a query on there and I need to wait till the 24th of August for feedback ,really ?we haven't even been through July yet</p> <p> </p> <p>Very poor customer service </p>
