I opened an account, got a text saying that I can go collect my card in Rosebank. I get there, after sitting for 45 mins, I'm told that there's no card at the branch, 5 minutes later, suddenly there's a card.

The same card that I can't use today. Do you know how it gets better??? I can't transfer money out of the account. I got through to one guy who put me on "hold" and never returned to the call. The next ROCKSTAR consultant was rude and cut the call. How am I supposed to approach this, pray, tell?
