No wonder why their branches keep on closing
No wonder why their branches keep on closing.. this shall continue until standard bank is no more.. how can you wait for more than 2 hours just to update a profile and order a new card.. poor service from standard bank mall of the north. 2 hours is a lot! Absolutely NO customer service.. post office is way better than standard bank mall of the north
