no wonder south africans are indebt! standard bank

I have been trying to close my standard bank credit card for the past 3 weeks!!!, I ran into some funds and paid it up but after three weeks they have failed to close a simple account and I am being sent from pillar to post via their call center and endless service request updates<br> <br> I believe this is just a gimmick to ensure people stay with the facility so that they can be tempted to utilize it!<br> its so sad and frustrating
