No withdrawals on Sundays

<p>After waiting 1 Hour in a queue, the teller informs me that they "don't so withdrawals on a Sunday". I asked if that was advertised anywhere. She said no. I asked if she thought it should be. She said "Probably". And continued with life. A waste of time! Standard bank, all it takes is a few words on a piece of paper at the window of the teller or the end of the queue to save your customers the time and effort. Simple, cost-effective things like this will go along way in terms of customer satisfaction. Do better.</p>
