No we DON'T trust Standard Bank

What could be worse than being involved in a major flood and loosing all your belongings? Trying to work with Standard Bank is much worse. Our flood happened in February - in May we are STILL trying to get access to funds transferred onto an access bond to make repairs. The funds were erroneously labeled a LOAN for rebuild - what do we have to do to change this? Shomique is at Simmons Street - although the number on the website is clearly shown - you cannot speak to anyone in Simmons Street! We have insurance telling us the repairs to the house is finished when it IS NOT, rent not paid for temporary accommodation, and funds that should be available NOT. We went away on a two week break to try and recover and thought everything was being dealt with, but no! I am now being treated for shingles from the stress of all this just because Standard Bank is SO useless and everywhere we look there are banners saying MOVING FORWARD - NO we aren't moving anywhere!!!! YES SHOMIQUE - YOU - YOU **** AND YOUR THREE DAYS FOR THE FUNDS TO BE AVAILABLE HAS TURNED INTO THREE WEEKS so NO we do NOT trust Standard Bank.
