no way to speak to my branch

I have a query that I need to resolve with the branch manager of southdale. I am trying to locate a direct nr for southdale branch, but several consultants confirmed that they only have extention numbers and no direct numbers! They tried to tranfer me several times, but after holding on for over 10 min I get cut off every time! Consultants can't assist me and there is no way to speak to my branch manager ! What to do ??????
