No update overdraft facility

This is my second post after asking someone to call be back regarding my overdraft application which I was told someone would contact me back. To date a week later no one has called me. Standard Bank is *****. I switched banks from capitec to standard bank I'm a loyal client and pay my accounts on time I need my once off overdraft facility approved but can't get hold of your sales as it's forever busy. I need my application reviewed standard Bank makes promises but never fulfills it.
