No update on my wife's loan

Good Day!<br> <br> since the 12/03/2015 my wife is been strugling to get a loan from standard bank.<br> the person phoned her and did every thing it was aproved. then her phone died. the person never phoned back.<br> <br> on the 14/03/2015 a lady phone's my wife and went through everything. told her she will phone her on monday.<br> <br> monday came she phoned her, told my wife she is going to send the loan application through to the loan department. till NOW we have not herd of her again! c<br> <br> can someone just phone her<br> <br> here is her ref number ***
