No update from ***** department
Can Hlengiwe from the ***** department return my call please I have been waiting for an update on my case for 2 weeks now, yesterday I was holding for over 20min, the eventually I spoke to Kagiso, 24min of my time wasted as he transferred me back to the IVR, no telephone etiquette what so ever. Next thing I was at transactional banking and was transferred back on the IVR holding over an hour without any help what so ever.

24 Dec 2021, 11:26After weeks of waiting I went to Northgate branch and was assisted by Lebohang Matlala, awesome customer service received, She updated me on the next steps and what was outstanding.. I really appreciate the service received from Lebohang.
