NO TO STANDARD BANK HOUSE LOANS!!
I am left extremely frustrated by the Bond department of Standard Bank. Our transfer attorneys can not get a signed guarantee out of Standard Bank after our buyer's loan was approved weeks ago. The incompetence or don't-care attitude of Standard Bank is jeopardizing 4 transactions. They just don't respond to the bond attorney's requests. Think twice before you apply for a bond at Standard Bank.
