No Title Deed Received four months after settling account - no response from Standard Bank

<p>I have paid off my Bond in full on 13/02/2017 and instructed Standard Bank to close my account and give me my Title Deed.</p> <p> </p> <p>They had advised me that it takes three months for the Title Deed to come through. So I agreed to wait.</p> <p> </p> <p>It's over four months no and Standard Bank has not given me my Title Deed. I lost a buyer for over a R1mil deal.</p> <p> </p> <p>Standard bank has become slack over the years.</p> <p> </p> <p>Poor Service!!!</p>
