No times on my Bank statement

<p>My money has been deducted on my bank, so I went to the bank to request my bank statement of which I wanted to open up a case of ***** at police to my dismay when I arrived at police station they needed times on my statement to commence with investigation, there was no times we called head office still they didn't have times of which my money was deducted from Zio Food but they could see that it was indeed deducted just didn't have the times only dates. Am quite amazed by Such big institution like standard bank to not have times of withdrawals or deductions </p>
