No sympathy for victims of armed *******

Wednesday night 19.10 my wife and i were the victims of armed ******* in our home. We were held at gunpoint by 3 individuals who ransacked our house and took almost everything, including my wallet which contained all of my bank cards.

After the hugely traumatising event, i managed to call Standard Bank ***** division on Thursday morning and stopped my cards, only to be told that i would be billed R150 PER card replaced by Standard Bank....

So clearly it's not bad enough that 3 armed men stole my bank cards on Wednesday night, but Standard Bank deems it neccessary to charge me (***** from me) another R150 PER card in order to replace them.

So in essence what Standard Bank is promoting is that in SA, there is NO SYMPATHY FOR VICTIMS OF ARMED *******

I am deeply disappointed in Standard Bank
